Taking luxury bedroom design to the next level with beautiful bespoke cabinetry

Bespoke Wardrobes
When it comes to bedroom wardrobe design, the cabinetry must harmonise with the rest of the interior scheme, balancing beautiful aesthetic intrigue with practical storage. The wardrobe must not only exude beauty, but be a well-organised space made up of clever storage solutions too, which enhance the experience of dressing up – or down. This Victorian four-storey apartment conversion in Kent showcases a sophisticated dressing area in a variety of styles and finishes, unified by a neutral textured palette. The smart wardrobes combines soft faux suede panels and Hill House collection metallic lacquer, completed with handmade hammered handles.
This principal bedroom scheme above is all about sensual fabrics and dramatic textures in a soothing, luxurious colour palette. An organic bronze and pewter-tone wall covering ensures a wonderful backdrop for the soft metallic taupe lacquered wardrobes with brushed brass detailing and ethically sourced horn handles.
For this Chanel inspired master bedroom above, we designed a separate dressing area featuring wardrobes with tactile taupe leather panelled doors, a black lacquer framework and bold oversized handles. The monochrome scheme looks oh so effortlessly chic.
Beautiful bedside tables
Bedsides offer both a practical storage solution and a new design opportunity. We love designing bespoke bedside units with a variety of finishes and materials to create something truly special and unique. After all, in luxury interiors the detail is everything.
Not only is introducing a beautiful exterior design paramount, but careful consideration of how cabinetry will enhance ease in everyday living is key. Deep draws provide essential hidden-away storage whilst providing the perfect platform for bedside lighting for an evening of rest and relaxation. They’re also great for nestling a variety of stylised accessories to add the final personal touch, such as photo frames, floristry, candles and healing crystals. A selection of these interior accessories (and more) are available from our Lifestyle Showroom in Weybridge, Surrey.
To the left, oversized bespoke bedsides with deep drawers and chic mother of pearl handles are nestled beside this plush bed and topped with smoky quartz crystal bowls, great for storing jewellery and diffusing negative energies.
Above, we used a combination of tone, pattern and texture in this principal bedroom suite – working with the generous proportions of the room. The bedsides combine soft faux suede panels, Hill House collection metallic lacquer and handmade hammered handles.
Luxury dressing rooms
A dedicated dressing room is a fabulous addition for those with room to spare. It rids any dilemma of wardrobe space and celebrates the abundance of the fashion-conscious client. A bespoke island centre can also provide an indulgent space to display your accessories. What’s not to love?
We created this bespoke dressing room with our client’s specific requirements at the heart of the process. We specified lacquered sycamore veneer wardrobe doors with inset faux leather and metal inlay, accented with polished chrome hammered semi-circular handles. The centre island boasts jewellery and watch storage with glass top to reveal the extensive collection below.
Below, our design studio injected an Art Deco style throughout this (above) London interior design project, including the bespoke fitted couture dressing room. We selected specially coloured lacquered sycamore, with considered detailing and leather inlays. The custom mother of pearl octagonal handles are the perfect embellishments to finish this stunning cabinetry. Centrally, the bespoke island is fitted with a glass top and crowned by a gold-leaf coffered ceiling and crystal chandelier, accentuating its unequivocal glamour.
