North London Luxury Residence
This North London family home was designed entirely from the ground up, allowing architecture and interiors to be conceived as a single, cohesive vision. Hill House Interiors were involved from the earliest stages, shaping every space around the realities of a busy, sociable household that regularly hosts family and friends while still requiring moments of privacy and retreat.
A clear architectural language runs throughout the property, defined by stepped profiles, sculptural forms and richly layered materials. Bespoke cornices, curated niches, tailored metal inlays and custom grille detailing appear consistently across rooms, creating a recognisable identity without repetition. Each element was carefully adapted to suit the function and atmosphere of individual spaces.
The staircase strikes you as soon as you enter the home, a defining architectural gesture, combining a fluted Perlata stone stringer with a curved metal balustrade crafted by specialist makers. Technology and performance were equally considered, particularly within the basement and entertainment spaces, where high‑performance AV, acoustics and lighting are seamlessly integrated within a refined interior framework.
The result is a confident, highly detailed home that balances bold architectural expression with warmth, functionality and craftsmanship, tailored uniquely to the family who live there.
